• Provide insight into the business model for building and managing On-Site Pharmacies.
• Broaden scope of services to include: eRx, 30-day retail, 90-day retail and direct-to-employer contract strategies.
• In depth analysis of costs and margin structures for planning, implementation, inventory management and ongoing day-to-day management of the onsite pharmacy.
• Create engagement strategies to encourage patient acceptance and appropriate utilization of the On-Site Medical Clinics & Pharmacies.
