Dennis has an extensive background with MCO and PBM contract negotiations and has negotiated hundreds of Managed Care agreements with proven results. He has successfully improved profitability of Managed Care contracts on an annual basis. Dennis has strong relationships with key decision makers all throughout the Managed Care industry to create win-win opportunities.

Bill has 34 years of experience in the prescription drug industry. He is the former Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Controller for the Walgreen Company. Bill has extensive knowledge of the financial aspects and implications of Managed Care contracts. He is a national expert in pharmacy profit improvement, financial analysis, cost containment, pharmacy audits, and Managed Care contract billing and collections. He possesses a thorough understanding of the financial aspects of prescription drug benefit programs. Bill is a CPA and holds an MBA specializing in Finance.
